Direct-Hire / Permanent position

Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of an Account Coordinator to join their operations team. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of account management / customer or vendor services / inside sales experience, ERP and/or CRM software experience, and be comfortable communicating throughout the day via phone and email with internal and external partners.



Responsibilities:

• Accurately quote and process orders, keeping customers informed about supply chain delays and expected delivery dates.

• Work closely with the Sales and Specialists teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Proactively manage open quotes, ensuring they are closed before expiration.

• Regularly review customer open order reports and take necessary actions, especially for items at risk of not meeting the promised delivery date.

• Maintain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) back-order report efficiently.

• Assist in maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Live and demonstrate our core values of Passion, Respect, Initiative, Dependability, and Ethical.

• Complete vendor product training as required.

• Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

• Proven experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactions.

• Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to contract management.

• Ability to analyze contracts and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation.

• Familiarity with construction or project management environments is preferred.

• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contract review and documentation.

• Capability to work in a hybrid schedule, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
