Home Improvement Sales Closer – Earn $20K–$50K+ Monthly (Dania Beach, FL)

Are you a proven closer who thrives on big commissions and big goals?

We’re looking for elite, high-performing sales professionals — the top 5% rainmakers — to join our growing home improvement and design team.

At our established and rapidly expanding company, you’ll sell high-ticket renovation projects including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full home remodels. Our Dania Beach showroom attracts a steady flow of qualified leads, and our salespeople are closing multiple five-figure deals every month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet homeowners across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties
• Present and sell high-end renovation and design solutions
• Negotiate and close deals with confidence and charisma
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Oversee basic project management and follow-up with clients

Qualifications:

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven in-home sales experience (windows, roofing, solar, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)
• Closer mentality – driven, energetic, money-motivated, and relentless
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Reliable car and driver’s license (required)
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
• Available to work 6 days/week (Sunday off)
• Clean background check
