Job Description2ND SHIFT LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY
Fryer Operator
Glendale Heights, IL
Hours: 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (Must be able to work weekends)
Pay: $18.50 / hour

Responsibilities:

Start, stop, and monitor the fryer & supporting equipment
Adjust temperature, pressure flow & check oil levels
Ensure product meets specifications (time, temp, weight, appearance)
Adhere strictly to food safety standards (HACCP, GMPs) & government regulations, preventing contamination.
Report any quality or food safety issues
Material Handling duties
Lifting up to 50lbs

Must pass a 10-Panel Drug Screen.
Must pass a Background Check
Must be eager to Grow & Learn.
English requirement.
High School diploma or GED
