Job Title: Molding Operator
Location: Lees Summit, MO
Job Type: Full time 12 hour shifts
Pay: $18.25-19.25
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Molding Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for packing quality products, inspecting parts for defects, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and supporting production through effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and pack molded products to meet quality standards

Follow all Safety, GMP, and Food Safety protocols

Communicate equipment or quality issues promptly

Monitor machinery to prevent scrap and ensure efficient operation

Segregate and recycle scrap properly

Assist with labeling, stacking, and carton erection

Cross-train on multiple machines and help train new operators if certified
Physical & Work Requirements:

Frequent repetitive motion, bending, twisting, and lifting

Stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts

Lift up to 50lbs as needed

Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay Details: $18.25 to $19.25 per hour
