Your week looks like this
- Choose from:
- Day Shift: 12 hours (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Night Shift: 12 hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- Rotating schedule:
- Week 1: 3 days on / 4 days off
- Week 2: 4 days on / 3 days off, with automatic 8 hours of overtime
What you will do
- Follow verbal and written work instructions and visual aids to build accurately.
- Assemble box-build systems using hand tools, torque drivers, and hardware.
- Pull and scan components from bins, flow racks, and Kanban locations.
- Verify incoming materials and maintain FIFO inventory practices.
- Keep a clean, organized workspace aligned to 5S.
- Support inventory counts and assist with material handling.
- Comply with safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you’ll need
- Assembly/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret instructions and visual diagrams.
- Comfort with hand tools and small-part work.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods in a production environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
Technical proficiency areas
- PCB Assembly (Printed Circuit Board Assembly)
- PLC wiring experience
- Mechanical assembly skills
- Equipment installation & wiring
