Job Description

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations at its Brooklyn, WI facility.

**Pay Rate: **$80k-$90k

**Shift: **2nd shift

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements
Lead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve performance and quality objectives
Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and equipment utilization to maximize productivity
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Identify and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime and operational disruptions
Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations
Monitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and warehouse teams to support operational goals

Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production reporting tools
Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
