<p>We are seeking a part-time Pizzaiolo / Pizza Cook to join our team and help run the kitchen! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be asked to multi-task and efficiently perform day-to-day kitchen operations.</p>
<p><strong>Please do not waste your or our time if you do NOT have any pizza making experience!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Be able to stretch 18" pizza dough</li>
<li>Make authentic NY-style pizza</li>
<li>Grill meat</li>
<li>Make pasta &amp; salads</li>
<li>Monitor the quantity &amp; quality of ingredients</li>
<li>Prep the cook line and necessary food items</li>
<li>Wash dishes</li>
<li>Work with management to fill out the ingredients inventory</li>
<li>Have a passion for food</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>AT LEAST 2 years of pizza experience</li>
<li>Be able to run a pizza kitchen</li>
<li>Have strong multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Have a California Food Handlers Certificate</li>
