SERVPRO of Burnsville/Lakeville and SERVPRO of Rosemount/Northfield/Hastings is seeking a Fire Restoration Supervisor who thrives in challenging environments, is committed to quality service, and leads by example. As a Fire Restoration Supervisor, you’ll be the face of our franchise at the job site, coordinating field teams and ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout the property restoration process. You’ll oversee projects from start to finish, guiding technicians, interact with clients, and make sure everything runs safely and efficiently. As a 24/7, 365-day-a-year emergency response company, SERVPRO responds when disaster strikes — day or night. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and ready to step up when our customers need us most!
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure satisfaction of services performed
- Lead restoration technicians and clearly communicate expectations, schedules, and project goals
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of the restoration process — mitigation through contents inventory & cleaning
- Ensure safe jobsite practices and verify compliance with SERVPRO, IICRC, and OSHA standards
- Manage equipment, inventory, job documentation, and crew scheduling
- Perform safety assessments, job inspections, and communicate findings to clients and internal staff
- Serve as a mentor and coach to technicians, supporting their professional development
- Handle customer debriefs and walk-throughs with professionalism and empathy
- Be prepared to respond when the unexpected happens — some situations may require flexibility beyond standard business hours
Qualifications:
- Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) is preferred (training also provided)
- Previous experience as a Fire Restoration Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, working at heights and in tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects
- Willingness to wear a respirator and be exposed to potentially hazardous environments
