Job DescriptionLocated in Mt Vernon, IN Salary: $15/hr+ General Laborer Shift: 1st Locations: Mt. Vernon, IN Pay: $15/hr+ Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain</li>
<li>Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or forklift operation preferred</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions in a team environment</li>
</ul>
 Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials</li>
<li>Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety protocols</li>
<li>Assist with basic fabrication tasks and equipment inspections under supervision</li>
