<li>Interpret and ensure work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards</li>
<li>Supervise and train journeyman and apprentice plumbers on job sites</li>
<li>Review blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine proper installation methods</li>
<li>Diagnose complex plumbing issues and implement effective solutions</li>
<li>Obtain permits and coordinate inspections with local authorities</li>
<li>Estimate project costs, materials, and labor requirements</li>
<li>Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on all jobs</li>
<li>Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members regarding project scope and progress</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service reports</li>
<li>Ensure job site safety and enforce company policies and OSHA guidelines</li>
