Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse | Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit Overview:

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) within the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit at our facility, dedicated to delivering specialized nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. Candidates must possess an active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and ideally hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) along with previous hospital experience. Position Details:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit

Location: Our facility - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128

Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hours/week

Sign-On Bonus:

  • Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000

  • New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000

Qualifications

Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program with one of the following:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing

  • Nursing Diploma

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Licensure: Must hold and maintain a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or have compact licensure, in compliance with state nursing board regulations.

Experience: Prior hospital experience is preferred and may be necessary depending on the specific unit.

Certifications:

  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: BSN is preferred

  • Licensure: Additional state licenses or specialty certifications are preferred

  • Experience: Previous experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift

  • Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to fulfill nursing responsibilities
