- Starting pay: $34.26-$57.40/hour
- Night shift differential for additional earnings
- Sign-On Bonus up to $30,000
- $20,000 for new graduates
- Up to $30,000 for experienced therapists (2-year commitment)

Your Impact as a Respiratory Therapist
As a key member of the healthcare team, you’ll provide life-saving respiratory care across a wide range of patient needs—from critical care to general therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering respiratory treatments and therapies
- Performing patient assessments and monitoring respiratory status
- Managing ventilators and critical care respiratory equipment
- Conducting diagnostic testing and pulmonary care procedures
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in high-impact situations
What You Bring
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- RCP (Respiratory Care Practitioner license) – required upon hire
- RRT credential (NBRC) – within 1 year
- BLS (AHA) – within 30 days
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications – within 60 days
- Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Full-time, 36 hours/week
- Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
