Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist to support student growth and well-being in a dynamic school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about contributing to the academic and emotional success of students through comprehensive psychological services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and intervention strategies to support students’ mental health and learning.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and monitor student progress.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to problem-solving discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to special education and psychological services.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or doctoral degree in school psychology or related field.
  • Valid Massachusetts school psychologist certification or license.
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments in an educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws, practices, and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
