Location: Blaine, MN
Job type: Temp-to-hire
Wage: $18/hr. - $20/hr.
Hours: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am, Monday – Thursday (some overtime on Fridays)

Duties of the CNC machine operator - mill / lathe:
- Set up and/or operate CNC Mills with Fanuc controls
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Maintain material within required tolerances
- Conduct quality checks, including in-process inspections
- Record all productivity in the company’s system
- Ensure cleanliness of machinery and workstation areas
Qualifications of the CNC machine operator - mill / lathe:
- 2+ years of experience in operating CNC Mills
- Ability to edit G&M Codes is a plus
- Experience with Haas mills is a plus
- Knowledge of Lean and 5S practices is a plus
