Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Multicare Home Health Services, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our growing, family-owned agency. For over 27 years, we have been dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients and their families—and we’re looking for nurses who share that commitment.
Position Overview:
- Perform client assessments, including OASIS, in accordance with regulatory requirements and timelines
- Deliver care under physician orders and the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Assess client needs (physical, psychosocial, and environmental)
- Implement and follow the Plan of Care to ensure quality and continuity of care
- Monitor patient progress and support positive health outcomes
- Supervise and provide clinical direction to LPNs and Home Health Aides (RN role)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
- Current Ohio nursing license (RN)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test or Chest X-ray
