Requirements Coverage:Adult Primary CareM-F 8a - 5p in the clinic. ****PLEASE SUBMIT THE PROVIDER TO THE LOCATION CLOSEST TO THEIR HOME***We will also need time to complete a protocol agreement with the GCMB. Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p. Epic training can only happen after credentialing and must be completed before the provider can start.
