Temporary General Laborer – Chemical Plant Project
Location: Pasadena/Deer Park, TX Area
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Approximately 2 Weeks)
Job Overview
ProSource People is currently hiring dependable Temporary General Laborers to support a short-term project at a chemical plant. We are seeking 8 workers total—4 for the day shift and 4 for the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain industrial experience while earning competitive pay.
Schedule
- Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
- Shift assignment will be based on availability.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties throughout the facility
- Assist crews with project-related tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies
- Lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Support the team in completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous industrial, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an outdoor and industrial environment
- Must be able to follow directions and work safely as part of a team
