Technical Source is currently searching for a BIM Specialist for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in the Raleigh, NC area. Qualified candidates will have experience in implementing P&amp;ID, Process Flow Diagrams, Intand Electrical drawings into AutoCAD Plant 3D software 
 Responsibilities of the BIM Specialist include: 
<ul>
<li>Lead and support the implementation of smart P&amp;IDs to meet project and Smart P&amp;ID standards </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Convert and standardize turned-over P&amp;IDs into AutoCAD Plant 3D </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Integrate piping systems into Plant 3D or Revit ensuring alignment with 3D models and specifications </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure P&amp;ID workflows and data comply with GMP standards
 
Qualifications of the BIM Specialist include:
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience with P&amp;IDs and piping systems in pharmaceutical or engineering setting </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Expertise in Smart P&amp;ID systems (AutoCAD Plant 3D, Smart Plant P&amp;ID), pipe routing, and model conversion </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of piping layouts, Process Flow Diagrams, Instrumentation, and model data alignment

Compensation for the BIM Specialist includes:
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Pay of $100,000 – $135,000 based on experience and fit </li>
</ul>
<ul>
