Mid America Tint is a premium automotive restyling and flat glass company specializing in window tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, and commercial tinting. We are seeking an Auto Window Film and Paint Protection Film Installer or Trainee to join our shop-based team. This role involves working primarily within a small team environment and occasionally interacting with customers to deliver high-quality film installation services.

Responsibilities

• Perform window tinting and paint protection film installations
• Apply commercial tinting solutions for various automotive projects
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion areas
• Cut and trim film materials accurately to fit vehicle specifications
• Inspect quality of work to maintain high standards
• Collaborate effectively within small teams of 2-4 people
• Occasionally interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive film installation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of automotive window tinting and paint protection film application
• Familiarity with vinyl wrapping techniques
• Strong skills in surface cleaning and preparation
• Proficiency in cutting and trimming film materials
• Customer service skills with attention to detail
• Effective time management abilities
