Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Parker, Arizona

Pay Rate: $110– $120 per hour (Based on W2 or 1099)

Schedule: Flexible options available for 5*8s and 3*12s

Overview: Seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide mental health care services at a corrections facility. The NP will work with incarcerated individuals, delivering psychiatric assessments, treatment, and medication management in a correctional healthcare environment.

Overview: Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Urgent Care team in Parker, AZ. This role requires a provider with a strong clinical background who is comfortable seeing patients of all ages and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will bring current urgent care or family practice experience and will also provide support and mentorship for a newly hired FNP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and urgent care services for patients ages 2 through 100.

  • Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and develop treatment plans.

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures (including suturing).

  • Deliver patient education and counseling focused on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Evident EMR system.

  • See an average of 15–20 patients per day in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

  • Work at other hospital-owned clinics or the main hospital as needed.

Requirements

  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (required).

  • Current certifications: PALS, DEA, BLS, and ACLS.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of FNP experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice preferred.

  • Must be comfortable working independently and treating patients across the lifespan.
