Job Description:
This supervisory role involves planning, directing, and leading project activities to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company values within set timelines and budgets. Key tasks include budget and schedule management, resource allocation, and coordination with subcontractors. Project Managers are responsible for solving issues, client communication, and completing projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:

- Project Oversight:
Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring project goals, budgets, and timelines are met. Assign projects, communicate goals to Crew Leads, schedule tasks, and oversee all project activities. - Client Communication:
Maintain regular client contact, conduct initial project meetings, provide updates, and address any concerns. Ensure all communications align with project requirements and client expectations. - Financial Management:
Monitor project budgets, prepare estimates for additional work, track and document any deviations, and submit cost estimates for warranty work as needed. - Team Supervision:
Train team members, enforce policies, conduct performance reviews, and maintain regular team meetings. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and uphold company philosophy. - Purchasing & Inventory:
Secure materials within budget, schedule deliveries, inspect quality, and track inventory. Manage project materials and ensure tools and equipment meet quality standards. - Subcontractor Management:
Coordinate work, monitor quality, approve or reject work, and ensure alignment with project requirements. - Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety regulations and OSHA standards. Report hazards, injuries, or near misses promptly.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Degree in construction management, business, or environmental science (or equivalent experience) with at least 4 years in a management role. Proficiency in budgeting and scheduling.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and basic accounting. Familiar with ecological restoration practices, plan reading, GPS data management, and budgeting.
Certifications:
Valid drivers license, Illinois Pesticide Operator License, First Aid/CPR, I100/S130/S190 firefighter, OSHA 30-hour, and HAZWOPER 24-hour certification.
