A Staff Pharmacist position is available for a 12-week contract in Phoenix, AZ, with a full-time schedule Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. This onsite role requires an experienced professional to manage long-term care prescriptions and support medication management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and process long-term care prescriptions accurately
- Handle medication refills and new prescription referrals efficiently
- Provide counseling and education to patients regarding their medications
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Arizona Pharmacist License is required
- Minimum of 2 years pharmacist experience
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacy is highly preferred
