Job DescriptionBridge Engineer
About:
We an established civil engineering firm with offices in the greater D.C area that his been in business for nearly 40 years. We specialize in design-build delivery methods for clients within the public sector including VDOT, MDOT and DDOT. Due to continued growth we are seeking experienced individuals to join our team!

$120k - $150k base salary (DOE)

Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or similar
5+ years of structural engineering experience
PE or the ability to obtain
Proficiency with structural analysis
What you will be doing:
Lead structural design and analysis for bridges, culverts, noise walls, tunnels, and retaining walls
Perform load-rating calculations and develop rehabilitation or repair plans
Conduct field inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports
Coordinate with DOTs, local agencies, and subcontractors on design standards and permitting
Contribute to proposal development, cost estimating, and project scheduling
