Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students' growth and success as a dedicated Occupational Therapist! This full-time role begins August 26, 2026, and concludes June 16, 2027, with four paid orientation days before the school year starts to help you get acclimated and ready. Work a structured schedule—7.5 paid hours per day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday—serving a diverse caseload of students aged 3 to 22 across multiple sites.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid WA Occupational Therapist certificate
- WA ESA certification
- Currently residing in the United States
- Successful fingerprinting and background check completed
- At least one year of experience in a school-based occupational therapy setting
- Must be available to work onsite and in-person
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students with a wide range of abilities and needs across the district
- Travel between different schools as an itinerant therapist
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and implement effective interventions and support plans
- Conduct assessments, develop student-centered goals, and document progress
- Consult with fellow professionals to enhance educational access and learning outcomes
