**Key Responsibilities:**
- Dress and perform in the Chick-fil-A COW costume during special events, promotional activities, and regular store hours as required.
- Engage with customers, including children and families, to create an enjoyable and memorable experience.
- Participate in community events, parades, and other activities to positively promote the Chick-fil-A brand.
- Maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor at all times while in character.
- Ensure the costume is clean, well-maintained, and kept in good condition.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and restaurant team to support store initiatives and events.
**Qualifications:**
- High energy and a passion for entertaining and engaging with people of all ages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under high-visibility conditions.
- Comfort with wearing and maintaining a full-body costume.
- A flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends, is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or performance setting is an asset, but not required.
