Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic Marketing Manager to plan, create, and share sales and marketing materials in a fast-growing vehicle safety technology industry. In this role, you will translate complex safety topics into clear, engaging resources for different audiences. You will also help inform the public, support adoption of new safety solutions, and showcase how our company is leading the way in making roads safer. Most importantly, your work will help save lives through technology.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns closely aligned with sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Research and define target audiences and content needs corresponding to market segments as well as buyer stages.

  • Produce and oversee content across multiple channels (website, blog, email, social media, video, etc.), ensuring tone, style, and messaging align with brand guidelines.

  • Create and manage an editorial calendar that supports national campaigns as well as regional brand initiatives, auditing, refreshing, and repurposing existing content for maximum value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, experiential, product, sales, SEO, PR, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and messaging consistency.

  • Develop sales enablement materials (case studies, presentations, etc.) that directly support sales objectives and overall business goals.

  • Track, measure, and report on KPIs for each campaign and tactic, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.

  • Work with freelancers, agencies, or content contributors as needed.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of social media strategy and community engagement.

  • Experience creating video, webinar, or podcast content.

  • Background in B2B as well as B2C marketing a plus.

  • Occasional travel required, may vary by project and season.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • 4-6 years of experience in content marketing, with a background in technology, transportation, or safety-related industries preferred.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to make technical topics accessible and engaging across a diverse range of target audiences.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance deadlines in a fast-paced, innovative industry.

  • Interest in emerging technologies, automotive safety, or mobility solutions.
