Job DescriptionSalary: $35/Hour
We are seeking a dedicated person join our 24-hour residential program for young men (ages 13-35) recovering from substance abuse.
Your Role and Impact:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be a vital member of our integrated clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. You will work directly with individuals in various stages of recovery, helping them navigate withdrawal, manage medications, and build a foundation for a healthier future.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and records vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate.
- Dispense medications as directed by Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- AssistPMHNP during follow-ups and new consults.
- Organize and execute treatment plan for individuals.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Serves as intermediary for patient communication.
Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree (BSN), Associate's degree (ADN), or completion of an accredited nursing program.
- New graduates encouraged to apply!
- Licensure: Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Certifications:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or equivalent de-escalation training (certification required; training may be provided upon hire).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in psychiatric, mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment settings is highly preferred.
- New graduates with strong relevant clinical rotations and a genuine interest in this specialty are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to build therapeutic rapport while maintaining professional boundaries. Familiarity with EMR systems.

Hours: Monday to Sunday: 6pm to 9pm
Salary: $35/hour
