Location: Washington D.C/NCR
Clearance: Public Trust
The Program Manager will provide overall leadership, coordination, and management of credit modeling and financial analysis support services for federal loan programs. This role ensures successful delivery of technical services, compliance with federal requirements, and effective communication with government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract performance across all task areas, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Serve as primary point of contact for Government (CO/COR)
- Oversee:
- Credit modeling activities
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Budget and re-estimate support
- Coordinate staffing and resource allocation across modeling phases
- Ensure compliance with:
- Federal Credit Reform Act (FCRA)
- OMB guidance and directives
- Lead internal quality control and performance monitoring
- Manage risk, staffing fluctuations, and surge requirements
- Oversee subcontractors (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related)
- 8–12+ years of experience in:
- Federal financial management or consulting
- Program/project management
- Experience supporting:
- Federal agencies (SBA, Treasury, OMB, etc.)
- Financial modeling or budget processes
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with credit reform modeling
- Familiarity with OMB budget cycle / financial statements
- PMP or similar certification
