You will play a key role in supporting our sales team by accurately processing and managing orders in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with data entry or order entry experience who thrives on accuracy and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process online orders, customer orders, and quotes
- Handle vendor purchase orders
- Expedite existing orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform general data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in order entry, data entry, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers and basic software (ERP systems or order management software a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Compensation & Schedule
- $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
- Part-time or full-time availability (flexible hours)
