The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to a medium-sized team of 6-15 members, streamlining daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication both internally and with external clients. Reporting to the Department Head or Office Manager, this role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized records during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Provide customer support and handle client communications
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication among team members
  • Maintain filing systems and track inventory
  • Generate reports as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Effective problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Accurate data entry capabilities
