Program Manager
Located: Sussex, WI (off the 164 and Lisbon Rd)
Salary: $65k-80k base + full benefits
Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various manufacturing programs, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in metal stamping and fabrication operations.
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field would be nice to have.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of metal stamping, fabrication, and industrial production processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with quality control methodologies and standards in manufacturing.
