Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Lead Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain complex financial models
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership
- Monitor cash flow, revenue projections, and cost controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, accounting)
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience (finance, leasing, or banking preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
