• Unit: Cardiovascular ICU (CSICU)\n
• Contract Type: Travel nursing contract\n
• Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 12/5/2025 – End: 3/6/2026)\n
• Shifts: Rotating Day & Night, 3x12-hour shifts per week (07:00 – 19:30 & 19:00 – 07:30)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Employment Type: W2\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1610\n

\n\nICU Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent experience in Critical Care/ICU nursing prior to travel assignments\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or compact state license\n
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications required\n
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification\n
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)\n
• One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in ICU specialty\n
• Background check and fingerprinting required prior to start\n
• Ability to complete required modules pre-start and annually\n

\n\nCritical Care Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in the Cardiovascular ICU\n
• Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs in a critical care hospital environment\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced clinical procedures\n
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with hospital standards\n
• Participate in orientation and ongoing education to maintain nursing competencies\n
