Adecco is hiring immediately for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $40.00/hr. - $42.00hr.
Duties:
· The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support the execution of strategic hiring initiatives that help the organization attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent.
· This role provides critical operational, logistical, and analytical support across university recruiting, internship programs, and talent acquisition processes.
· Ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at project execution, and leverages data and tools to improve hiring outcomes.
· Support early-career and university hiring by identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-potential students for internship and entry-level opportunities.
· Manage core recruiting operations, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and coordination of recruiting tools and workflows to ensure timely progress against hiring goals.
· Plan and execute campus recruiting events-career fairs, information sessions, on-campus interviews-as well as internal events for the Internship Program.
· Leverage data and analytics to track funnel metrics, report progress, and provide insights that guide staffing decisions, with a strong emphasis on university hiring performance.
· Drive project execution within a matrixed environment, ensuring on-time delivery of initiatives that support program goals and hiring timelines.
· Oversee administrative and operational processes including the early-career talent mailbox, event calendar, budget tracking, and vendor/procurement coordination.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related fields.
· Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or university/early-career recruiting strongly preferred. Prior Talent Acquisition experience is a significant plus.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
· Proven project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
· Ability to operate effectively in high-volume, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities.
· Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
· Technical Skills : Required: Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and interview scheduling platforms.
· Desired: Tech experience or prior experience recruiting for a hardware company.
