The McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Powersports team! For the last 70 years, our team has worked relentlessly to establish McGrath as the #1 trusted name in automotive sales and service in Eastern Iowa. You will work with our interested clients over phone and email to answer basic questions and help set them up with a sales person on our staff. It is a fun, fast paced environment where you get rewarded for your hard work! Hours: Tuesday-Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer sales calls and set appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Establish relationships with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications:

• At least one year previous experience in strong customer service role.
• Team player attitude.
• Prompt and courteous.
• Enthusiastic personality.
• Must have strong computer skills.
