Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
A manufacturer in the northeastern Indianapolis area is searching for Production Associates for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position supports the end-to-end production of radiopharmaceuticals used in diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Working in a GMP-regulated, radiation-controlled environment, this role combines hands-on work, strict documentation practices, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate specialized equipment.
- Complete accurate batch records.
- Maintain production equipment.
- Perform in-process checks.
- Handle materials and label products.
Essential Skills
- GED or High School Diploma.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in production, batch mixing, cleanroom operations, and machine operation.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Noblesville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
