Job Type: Contract to Hire (6 months)

Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Full‑time, 45 hrs/week | Mon–Fri, 7:00–4:30 or 7:30–5:00 (potential 8:00 AM start)
Description
- Handle inbound calls regarding customer orders, updates, and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct follow‑ups with customers via outbound calls and emails.
- Assist the sales team with processing contracts, invoices, and supporting projects.
- Manage a typical call volume of 40–50 calls per day.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must:
- 1+ year of customer service (retail, restaurant, property management welcome)
- Empathy and action‑oriented mindset
- Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook required; Excel training provided)
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Strong critical thinking
Nice:
- Any type of office experience
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience handling tough calls

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
