Job Opportunity – Nuclear Medicine / PET Technologist – Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Start Date: June 30, 2026

Location: Orange County, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour schedule (08:00 - 18:30), variable start times between 07:00 - 09:00. Post-shift and rotating weekend call required. Flexibility for weekend coverage to accommodate unit needs.

Highlights:

• Work primarily in PET imaging with potential to support Nuclear Medicine department as needed
• 426-bed acute care facility with MAGNET designation
• Reduced non-billable orientation – zero hours versus standard 40 hours
• Epic charting system; Siemens equipment experience highly preferred

• Travel assignment with 13-week duration

Requirements:

• Current California state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year Nuclear Medicine experience required
• Minimum 6 months PET experience required (hard stop)
• First-time travelers accepted with 2+ years of experience
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• LA fire card within last 30 days required
