Position Title: Hatchery Supply Lead
Status: Full-Time Hourly
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Production Manager, the Hatchery Supply Lead assists the Hatchery Coordinator and performs all the duties necessary to receive and set fertilized eggs for incubation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (is not all-inclusive)
- Receives and unloads eggs from the delivery truck
- Records and ensures all eggs are set per plan
- Ensures eggs are being trayed and all policies and procedures are followed
- Loads racks of trays into incubators
- Dumps product waste
- Washes and sanitizes egg room equipment
- Brings operational issues to the attention of management
- Maintains an organized and neat work area
- Performs all other duties as assigned

This position may require heavy lifting, up to 50 lbs.- Work is performed in a consistently changing environment hot and humid to air-conditioned rooms
