Construction Laborer- Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $20-$22/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm

Join our team and be a part of a leading industrial manufacturing environment where we produce high-quality precast concrete products, including concrete box culverts for water and sanitary applications, as well as railroad crossing products. Our products are shipped nationwide, and we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Maintain facility and ensure housekeeping standards are met.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed, on a temporary or permanent basis.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with concrete and construction work.
• Ability to effectively and safely use a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic math and measurement knowledge.
• Ability to read and write simple instructions.
• Effective communication skills with team members.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day.
• Safety consciousness, strong attendance, positive attitude, and work ethic.

Work Environment:

Work in a dynamic environment with two shifts, currently hiring for the later shift from 8:00 AM - 5:30/6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary due to weather and production schedules, with occasional 10/12 hour days. While some Saturdays may be required with at least a week's notice, Sundays are never a workday. Enjoy year-round employment with no layoffs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
