<p>We are currently looking for a carpenter for work in the Cleveland area. Pay will be based on experience. Must have reliable transportation and your own carpentry tools (Hand tools, Drills, Saws ect). Must have experience with installing doors and door frames.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Measure, cut, and shape wood materials to precise specifications</li>
<li>Install trim, moldings, and other decorative elements</li>
<li>Collaborate with contractors, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li>
<li>Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Trim Carpenter or similar role</li>
<li>Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>
<li>Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion and lifting</li>
