Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. This role involves handling and organizing materials, supporting inventory staging, and ensuring processes are followed accurately and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unbox and handle materials with attention to quantity, labeling, and process requirements
- Organize and stage inventory efficiently in designated areas
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Identify and report missing, incorrect, or damaged items during unboxing or staging
- Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Use basic computer systems to complete procedural training and task documentation
- Support overall manufacturing processes as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail in material handling and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency for reading and completing training modules
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to identify and assist in resolving material or process-related issues
- Commitment to maintaining safety standards in all tasks
