Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital, one of South Bay's most\nestablished and trusted veterinary hospitals, is seeking an experienced Managing\nVeterinarian to join our highly collaborative, multi-doctor team in\nbeautiful Torrance, CA.
Leadership &\nMentorship:
As Managing Veterinarian,\nyou'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, and\ngrowth of our team. You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, support and\nmentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between the\nmedical team and hospital leadership. Our environment is deeply collaborative —\nwe're looking for a leader who leads by example and is genuinely invested in\nthe success of those around them.
Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking a confident,\nexperienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced,\nwell-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:

- 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong surgical and dental skills\n preferred
- Proven leadership ability — experience managing or mentoring a veterinary\n team is a strong plus
- A generous, collaborative spirit — someone who lifts up the team and fosters a\n positive, high-performing culture
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- A commitment to upholding our AAHA-accredited\n standards of care

Compensation &\nBenefits:

- Base salary $180,000 - $200,000 (depending on\n experience)
- Up to $30,000 signing bonus
- Production based bonuses

- 5 exam rooms – 4 of which are spacious, fully\n supplied, and feature double doors and sinks; a dedicated 5th room used\n for acupuncture and end-of-life care
- Treatment area with full surgical suite – 2 wet\n tables, 2 regular tables, and 2 surgery tables
- Full in-house laboratory
- Advanced ultrasound imaging
- Therapeutic cold laser
- Acupuncture & integrative services
- Large boarding facility accommodating up to 60\n dogs with a dedicated cat boarding area overlooking the lobby – includes a\n fully staffed boarding team!
