Desired Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico state license (NMRLD) required by start date
- New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED) credential—may be pending at start
- Previous experience as a school-based Physical Therapist preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families to promote student success
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress
- Adapt therapy plans to individual student needs and learning environments
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications
