• Assist healthcare professionals with certification applications, tracking credentials, and submitting required documentation.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, offering solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and stay informed about policy updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using company systems.
• Educate users on certification eligibility, renewal procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Escalate unresolved concerns to appropriate departments for further assistance.
• Develop and contribute to training materials, FAQs, and process improvements to enhance customer support.• Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of physician certification or medical credentialing processes is an advantage.
