Position: Canvassing Manager Trainee

We are rapidly expanding and looking for outgoing and highly motivated individuals to join our canvassing team! Qualified candidates will learn how to manage, train and motivate a team of canvassers.

Responsibilities:

Canvass older neighborhoods to find old original windows, doors and damage roofing
Educate homeowners on special finance programs and schedule free presentations for windows, doors, bathroom and roofing

Requirements:

Outgoing and approachable personality
High energy and money motivated
Coachable and willing to learn
Comfortable working outdoors
Previous canvassing or door to door experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)

Compensation

Salary, Commission and Bonus (Earn $50K-$125K per year)
