<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job Responsibilities include-
<ul>
<li>Ultimate responsibility for the delivery of resident care and may need to provide clinical coverage during off hours, on weekends or other times as necessary.</li>
<li>Developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to ensure the continuity of the residents’ total regimen of care</li>
<li>Share “on call” responsibility with other nurse managers</li>
<li>Assume responsibility of facility during Administrator absence</li>
<li>Conduct daily clinical rounds</li>
<li>Oversee care planning process, admission/discharge process and RAI process</li>
<li>Actively address QI and SOC issues, incorporate into the CQI process, ensure implementation of correction plans and monitor results</li>
</ul>
 
 
Requirements &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing</li>
<li>Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent long-term care (LTC) nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/management capacity</li>
