Job Title: General Dentist
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-time
Location: Jackson Township, NJ

Compensation & Benefits

• 33–35% of collections or $750–$800 daily guarantee for the first 6 months (by weekly pay)

• Average earnings: $200,000–$500,000/year

• Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance

• 401(k) with 4% company match (eligible after 1 year; 100% vested Day 1 after eligibility)

• Continuing Education (10 CE credits, Annual Doctor Summit)

• Quarterly Study Club

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry including Molar Endo, Crown & Bridge, Restorative, Cosmetic, Dentures, and Extractions

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Prescribe medications when necessary

• Provide a high standard of care in a modern, team-oriented practice

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree

• Active NJ dental license

• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures

• Strong communication and patient care skills
