Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for a Lead Advisor at a Thriving Wealth Management. This is a full-time permanent role based in Danville with a Hybrid schedule.

This firm manages hundreds of millions in AUM and partners with high-net-worth clients to deliver strategies that truly make an impact. The lead advisor owns the client relationships and is responsible for managing to-do’s, preparing cases, delegating tasks to associate advisors, and handling everything needed to support both the client and the senior advisor.

The firm actively supports your professional development with FINRA sponsorships and CFP study programs, while also offering mentorship, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Advisors with financial planning and investment strategies.
  • Participate in client meetings and manage follow-ups.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and building relationships.
  • Prepare reports, recommendations, and financial analyses.
  • Handle client service tasks, CRM updates, and paperwork.
  • Help improve workflows and insurance proposals.

  • 2–6 years of experience in wealth management with experience in investment management, client strategy, and financial planning.
  • Strong communication and advisor support skills.
  • Experience with Schwab, Orion, eMoney, or Redtail a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Series 7/66/65, CFP®, or ChFC® a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial analysis.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and relationship-driven.
