We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to help service and retain our growing client base. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a positive, team-driven environment and wants to contribute to a culture built on growth.
- Base hourly pay of $25 to $40 based on experience

Responsibilities
- Service and manage existing policies
- Identify cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain regular client contact to drive retention
- Review policies and recommend additional coverage
- Support overall customer satisfaction and account management
Requirements
- Active insurance license
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Quick learner with a team-oriented mindset
